The club employs three coaches

 Drew McGregor

As Head Coach, Drew McGregor implements and supervises both pool and dry land activities. Drew, a Silver Level coach is currently in his seventh year with the club. At his time at the club Drew has coached state, national and world champion swimmers. Drew has being involved in Queensland and Australian swimming work shops and has being selected as a coach at state and national level.

Drew's aim is not just to produce champions but to create an atmosphere where champions are inevitable. Swimming can teach a lot of lessons; it builds self-confidence, self-discipline, self-esteem and integrity. Remember, sport is about how you value yourself and what you learn from sport that really counts.

Jade Edmiston

Intermediate Coach, Jade Edmistone, Jade has 20 years first hand experience in the swimming world, and in her career Jade has being a state, national and world champion. At present Jade holds a Bronze Level coaching accreditation. Jade currently participates in clinics around Queensland in association with Swimming Queensland, talking and helping with kids of all ages in the pool. She also does school visits in Brisbane with the Commonwealth Games Association's Gold Medal Messages program

Rohan Lynham

Junior Coach, Rohan Lynham was a Chandler member for a number of years, and has had many years experience at a state and national level as a competitive swimmer. Rohan has being coaching for a numbers years, previously working under highly regarded coach Doug Frost. Rohan is a Bronze Level qualified coach.
